And a couple of days ago just when I was getting to Dad's office to pick him up, the car started making very loud noises from the rear on the driver's side - turns out my brakes were gone and the noise came from metal grinding on metal. So not only had I replaced the brake pads - I also had to replace the brake discs. Well, I guess it`s money well-spent as long as it keeps my car safe for the winter.
